After your purchase, I will send you a welcome pack with helpful information to prepare you before we start your child's personalised sleep plan. This will cover creating an ideal sleep environment and will give you the confidence you need before we begin working together.

 

·         I'll email you an intake form. This form is really important for me to get an idea of your child's sleep habits and the challenges you're dealing with. The more information you share, the more effectively I can help you achieve your child's sleep goals.

 

·         Once I receive the intake form, I will create a customised sleep plan based on your child's age, temperament, and your family's unique situation.

 

·         We will have a 45-60 minute phone call to review the sleep plan together, ensuring you understand everything and have the chance to ask any questions before we start. The sleep support will start the following day after our phone call.

 

·         Throughout the process, I will provide daily 1:1 support via text or Whatsapp between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. You can ask me any questions you have, and I will be there to guide you. On the first night of implementing the sleep plan, I will support you until 9.30pm to help you boost your confidence moving forward.

 

·         At the end of the sleep support period, I will send you a wrap-up email with information on nap transitions, travel, nutrition, and more as your child grows. You will also receive my sleep and feed routines from birth to 4 years old to assist you each month with your child's changing sleep needs.
